Do I have to do any work outside of class time?

  • Case Studies: Analyse and document your experiences working with clients, tracking their progress and outcomes.

  • Self-Reflection: Reflect on your own experiences with reflexology and how it affects your well-being. This can deepen your understanding of the practice.
