Hypnotherapy is a powerful technique that uses deep relaxation and focused attention to access the subconscious mind, where behaviours, memories, and emotions are deeply rooted. By making individuals more open to positive suggestions, it helps address issues like anxiety, phobias, and addiction, leading to lasting change and improved well-being.

Sessions are typically 6.30pm to 8.30pm

​

Session content changes regularly but here is an example of a typical session

 

Part one, 1st hour:

Learn mind management techniques and develop effective coping strategies that can help improve your life fantastically!

Allow the world to become your oyster, you CAN achieve anything 

 

Part two, 2nd hour: 

Group Hypnotherapy

Gentle Hypnotic techniques and positive suggestions which bring about change by breaking negative cycles of thinking & more . 

A very relaxing and enjoyable experience during which you are in control at all times.

Places are limited to ensure attention to detail for each person and to allow questions with Phil.
