MENTORING
Please note that my mentoring service is available to everyone, not just therapists!
Whilst no therapist is perfect, therapeutic skill is the product of years of practice and self-determination, most clinicians, no matter where they are in their career, need a mentor: someone who, directly or indirectly, takes them under their wing and inspires them to be a better therapist.
This part of my services is what I consider essential to all therapists, no matter how long you’ve been in business. I too have my own mentors and honestly do not know where I would be without them today!

As your mentor I will share skills, knowledge, and expertise. I will also demonstrate a positive attitude and act as a positive role model. I feel it is vital to exhibit enthusiasm in the field of your work and help you to learn and grow in your field.
During our session I will provide guidance, constructive feedback and help you to identify your current strengths and weaknesses and learn how to use these to make yourself successful and respected.
We together will set and meet on-going personal and professional goals!
After your session I will keep in touch and help keep you motivated with your on-going efforts.

Sessions can also be carried out over telephone or video link if you are unable to travel to Angelic Lodge.
