This wonderful evening is group based, where I like to ​guide participants into a calm, meditative state to connect with the spiritual realm during a channelled guided meditation. After the first hour I then channel messages from spirit to those in the session. This is done with care and at a level of personal discretion with each person.

 

Participants may receive insights, healing, or guidance from these spiritual connections during the meditation and messages, fostering a deeper sense of peace, understanding, or closure.

Sessions are typically 6.30pm to 8.30pm​
